AI Processing
When you submit information through our Get Started form, it may be processed by AI to help us understand your project requirements. This processing is solely for the purpose of serving you better. Your data is never used to train AI models. We may share data with third-party service providers (listed below) solely to operate our services, but never for their own independent purposes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Convex) maintain SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance certifications.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's default retention settings (currently 14 months for Google Analytics). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
